I am in the process of starting my own company (private limited by shares)and was wondering if it made any difference to pay for the website from my Business bank account, or from my personnal bank account ?

I was interested in creating a website sometime ago and the designer’s promised me the world and gave me this (illtownblues.com). The concept was a community based hiphop site where people could browse local talent and meet in the community forums. This began 3 years ago and its horrible I have complained and they have tried to patch it. Everytime I try to launch the site something doesn’t work. I asked for Vbulletins they snuck some homemade forums in there. I need a webdesigner to close his eyes go back in time 2-3 years and let me know their honest opinion. I want to know how bad is it. Mind you my latest request is to get google adsense going try to connect the forums (currently if you change your password in the forums its not tied to the logon on the homepage in other words the password change in VBulletin won’t work on the homepage so it confuses the user. Theres a million more but if you could look at it i’d feel good knowing webdesigners checked it out.

please help me to prepare a letter to my manager regarding a complain letter.

Here is the story: My employer wanted me to help him to find a person to make a company website. So I asked my friend if she can help us for the website design. SO everything was agreed for both sides. So i help my friend because i had a commission doing it and i referred him to my employer. they were aware that i am helping my friend to finish this project. Informations and content of the website was done by me and design was from him. because of lack of cooperation from my employer for the other requirements we couldn’t finish it. so my employer planned to withdraw the work and refund the money. so we gave back the money and too bad for us coz we already started the webdesign and the time we spent every evening. After a month, they found another designer for the web for our company. They took all the informations which I made and contents without asking my permission. Would u help me to make a complain letter that it is not legal taking my work without permission

In no way do I mean this to seem sexist, but its a serious question. Its only for a few days a month this happens, and no one, not even her co-workers have been capable of figuring out why this happens.
