I know this html tag has only been implemented browsers like Firefox, Netscape, Opera (specifically not Internet Explorer). I would like to know if this tag is considered “obsolete” simply because it is not part of the HTML standard or if another technology has superseded its use.

Would this tag offer a higher level of security even for SSL-secured websites (such as financial transaction websites) if this tag was properly supported by all browsers?

Hi, I want to teach English in china but I’m new to this, and I have not taught before. Please help me out here:

Not so good things about me:
- I don’t have a teaching degree.
- I’m fluent in English, but my grammar is 7/10.

Good things:
- I know some Mandarin.
- I’m good with children.
- I’m working on a TESL certification.

My Education..so far:
- Diploma in Webdesign/development
- Diploma in E-commerce

Is it worth getting a teaching degree? I’m 20 years old.

I have a small business and am looking to create a website. I have no previous experience but was wandering if it would be better to hire a proffesional to do the webdesign for me or do just learn and do it myself.

I’m supposed to create webdesign, I got three frames in the index, “top”, “left” and “main” and I got some links that I want in the “left” frame but I cant make them appear there.
Whenever I try I just make the “main” frame go gray.

Ok so I am into webdesign and things like that… I recently discovered the whole clothing design thing and i was really interested…especially in shoes… I was thinking that once my business kicks in i can start having shoes custom made for friends and myself… here are 2 of the designs i just made for high top Nike dunks…

well i m currenctly … doing my 1st year degree in information sytem (hons) …….. well after graduating ,,, i m sure this is not enough, ,,,when i was young .. i tooked some course that is webdesign,flash,animation,and many more .. its cert only … plz i need a suggestion from any proffesionals or any1 …. i want to be a realy employable guy … my salary must be high … well how about oracle/sisco networkin/java and all .. tell me .. and wher should i study …
