I am trying to figure out the best way to create rounded corners for my website – for both the entire border and the tab panel. I’m completely new to this new era of webdesign and I am using Dreamweaver CS3, Gimp and Inkscape. I’m confused about how I go about getting my graphic design the way I want it to turn out. -do I create the entire rounded edge in Gimp (photoshop alternative), and then reference the pic, or do I make the edges of a pic rounded using programming in Dreamweaver?

Where do I start in created my frame? I feel a little lost, so any advice on this would be great!!

(PS. I understand saving an image from ‘Photoshop’ and saving it in the correct folder and placing it onto the Dreamweaver-page at least).
