Okay. I’m a teenager who has taught herself how to use Paint Shop Pro 9 from the age of 10. I’m almost 15 now and I’m kind of over PSP9, not to mention I lost it when my old laptop died. I’ve been reading online about what product I should get and I think I’m going towards Adobe Photoshop, however, I don’t know whether I should go for Elements 8 or CS4, as while Elements is a step-up apparently from PSP9 but doesn’t have enough features as CS4.

I’ll be mainly using Photoshop (whichever one I eventually get) for webdesign and graphics, as well as editing my photos (I’m a part-time photographer as well). Money isn’t the problem; whichever one is apparently best for me, I’ll find someway to save up for it.
