Complain Letter
please help me to prepare a letter to my manager regarding a complain letter.

Here is the story: My employer wanted me to help him to find a person to make a company website. So I asked my friend if she can help us for the website design. SO everything was agreed for both sides. So i help my friend because i had a commission doing it and i referred him to my employer. they were aware that i am helping my friend to finish this project. Informations and content of the website was done by me and design was from him. because of lack of cooperation from my employer for the other requirements we couldn’t finish it. so my employer planned to withdraw the work and refund the money. so we gave back the money and too bad for us coz we already started the webdesign and the time we spent every evening. After a month, they found another designer for the web for our company. They took all the informations which I made and contents without asking my permission. Would u help me to make a complain letter that it is not legal taking my work without permission
